Arkansas native and Cyrus Works President & CEO, Jeff Smith, is a successful, multigenerational business owner and entrepreneur. In addition to his role with Cyrus Works, Jeff serves as President of Smith Family Funeral Homes. Founded in 1955, Smith Family Funeral Homes has been owned and operated by the Smith family for three generations. Jeff co-owns the businesses with his wife, Leslie. Under their leadership, the funeral group has tripled in size and grown to six locations, serving more families in Central Arkansas than any other funeral home.

Jeff graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1998 and earned his MBA from the University of Memphis in 1999, where he graduated with honors.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys giving back to the community, serving his church as co-founder and co-leader of the men’s ministry, spending time at the lake with his family, and playing golf with friends.
